To request an invitation to a School of Mathematics program, please complete the application below and upload the required documents. Requests for travel and local support are subject to availability of funds. Note that there are no registration fees for School of Mathematics programs.

Some limited funding may be available for participation. Indicate your funding request and provide justification below. Participants from IMA Participating Institutions and Corporations may be eligible for funding from their institution's membership account.

Supporting Information

The IMA needs additional information about your background and interests relevant to the program topic in order to evaluate your application.

Curriculum vitae including list of publications.
Personal statement describing scientific interests, research plans, and reasons for wishing to participate.
Please provide the name and email address of the person to contact for a letter of recommendation. The IMA will contact the person directly with instructions for submitting the document.
